These Terms & Conditions explain how shopping at OnlyAestheticz works. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Your rights under applicable consumer laws always apply.

We do our best to display and describe our products as accurately as possible.

Please keep in mind that colors may look slightly different depending on your screen.

Product availability may change. If an item becomes unavailable after you've placed an order, we'll contact you and offer a suitable solution or refund.

3. Prices & Payments

• All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include applicable VAT.

• Shipping costs are shown separately before you complete your order.

• The total amount is displayed at checkout before you pay.

• Payments are processed securely through the payment methods available at checkout.

• We may change our prices at any time, but this won't affect orders that have already been confirmed.

4. Orders

After placing an order, you'll receive an order confirmation by email.

Please make sure your contact and delivery details are correct.

If we cannot fulfil your order, we'll contact you and refund any payment for the unavailable items.

If you notice a mistake in your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Our standard shipping rates are:

Free shipping is available on orders of €50 or more within the Netherlands.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to busy periods or shipping delays.

We will take reasonable care to ensure your order reaches you safely. The risk of loss or damage generally remains with OnlyAestheticz until you or someone you have designated receives the order.

If your package is missing, damaged or significantly delayed, please contact us so we can help.

6. Returns & Refunds

Not completely happy with your purchase? You generally have 14 days after receiving your order to let us know you want to return it.

After notifying us, you have another 14 days to send your items back.

You can request a return through your OnlyAestheticz customer account.

For standard returns, return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Please handle items carefully. If an item has been used more than necessary to inspect or try it on, we may deduct any resulting loss in value from your refund.

Earrings & hygiene: Where the legal hygiene exception applies, earrings delivered with a hygiene seal cannot be returned after that seal has been broken. Earcuffs remain covered by our standard return conditions.

Your statutory right of withdrawal and your rights regarding faulty products always remain protected.

7. Cancellations

Want to cancel your order? Please email onlyaestheticz.store@gmail.com as soon as possible.

If your order hasn't been shipped, we'll do our best to cancel it.

If your order has already been shipped, you can still exercise your right of withdrawal under our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Products

We want you to receive your order in perfect condition.

If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at onlyaestheticz.store@gmail.com.

Include your order number and a short description of the issue. Photos are helpful if available.

We'll provide an appropriate solution, such as a repair, replacement or refund, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Your statutory warranty rights are not limited by these terms.

9. Promotions & Discount Codes

From time to time, we may offer discounts, special promotions or discount codes.

• Promotions are valid only during the stated period or while applicable stock lasts.

• Discount codes must be entered at checkout.

• Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined.

• Any additional conditions will be clearly explained with the promotion.

The terms that applied when you placed your order will generally continue to apply to that order.
