1. Order Processing

We do our best to prepare and ship your order as quickly as possible.

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During busy periods, processing may take a little longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation by email.

2. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

We currently ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France.

FREE SHIPPING on orders over €50 within the Netherlands!

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier and busy periods.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email.

If tracking is available for your shipment, you'll also receive a tracking link so you can follow your package.

4. Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

We'll do our best to update your address before your order is shipped.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

Has your package arrived damaged, gone missing or been significantly delayed?

Please contact us at onlyaestheticz.store@gmail.com with your order number.

We'll look into the issue and help find a suitable solution.

Your legal rights as a consumer remain protected.

6. Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to change or cancel your order?

Please email us as soon as possible at onlyaestheticz.store@gmail.com.

If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we'll do our best to make the requested changes.

Once your order has been shipped, we may no longer be able to change the delivery details.

You can still use your legal right of withdrawal as explained in our Return & Refund Policy.
