RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Want to return or cancel your order? No worries! You can easily request a return through our online return portal.

 START A RETURN

1. Sign In

Open our returns & cancellations portal and sign in using the email address you used to place your order.

2. Select Your Items

Choose the items you'd like to return or cancel and submit your request.

3. Ship Your Return

Once your return is approved, carefully pack your items and send your package back following our instructions.

4. Get Your Refund

Once we've received and checked your return, we'll refund your payment to your original payment method.

Cancellations

Want to cancel your order? Submit a cancellation request through our online portal as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, you can request a return after delivery.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer for standard returns. Please pack your items carefully and follow the return instructions provided after your request has been approved. If an item is faulty or incorrect, contact us for a suitable solution.

Return Conditions

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. After that, you have another 14 days to send it back.

  • Please pack your items carefully when returning them.
  • Items may be tried on, but should not be worn or used more than necessary.
  • Earrings with a broken hygiene seal may not be returnable for hygiene reasons, where allowed by law.
  • Earcuffs can be returned as normal.

Refunds

Once we've received and checked your return, we'll process your refund within 5 business days. The money will be refunded to your original payment method.
